What Makes It Different

Four engineering decisions, not just a spec sheet

The talking points that actually differentiate R_volution from a generic Android streaming box.

01 / CLOCK

TCXO precision clock

A temperature-compensated 24 MHz oscillator — an exact multiple of 48kHz audio and 24Hz video — keeps picture and sound locked in sync and reduces jitter that standard clocks introduce.

02 / POWER

Linear, toroidal power

Flagship models use a linear power supply built around a large toroidal transformer instead of a switching adapter — the same approach used in high-end audio components, for a cleaner signal path.

03 / STORAGE

Dual-HDD, up to 64TB

Internal hard-drive bays (single or dual, depending on model) hold entire 4K/8K remux libraries locally — no re-encoding, no streaming compression, no dependency on an internet connection.

04 / SOFTWARE

R_video Media Center

Cover-art library browsing, cast/director search, favorite-scene bookmarking, animated backdrops, and multiroom sync across every R_volution player in the home — on TV, PC, and Mac.

The Software Layer

R_video Media Center

The interface every R_volution player ships with — the reason clients keep the box switched on instead of defaulting back to a streaming app.

▤

Cover-art library, not a file browser

Automatic metadata, poster art, and cast/director search across the entire local collection.

★

Favorite scenes, shareable

Bookmark a specific moment in a film and share that timestamp with other R_volution users.

⧉

Multiroom by design

One library, synced playback and control across every R_volution player in the home, plus PC and Mac apps.

▭

Widescreen-native GUI

Menus and backdrops built for 16:9 and scope (2.35:1–2.40:1) displays — it looks like part of the film, not an overlay on it.

How to talk about R_volution to a client

Lead with

R_volution earns its place next to a calibrated projector and an Atmos speaker layout — it's the piece that stops a ₹20L+ home theater from being fed by a generic streaming stick.

The library replaces disc shelving and NAS folders with cover-art browsing and scene bookmarking
TCXO clock and linear power supply are real differentiators, not spec-sheet filler — they're the same language used for high-end audio components
PlayerPro 8K TV adds native Netflix 4K, so it isn't "local files only" versus what a client already has

Pair with

Position R_volution as the source component in the same conversation as the brands already on Avenue University:

Screen Innovations or a calibrated projection surface for the picture
Vicoustic room treatment so the Atmos/DTS:X mix is heard as intended
miniDSP or the AV processor for bass management and room correction

Private cinema,
engineered to the
frame and the femtosecond.
