Wool & high-density foam

Wool is used as the primary absorber in sealed enclosures for its density advantage over standard polyfill; ported cabinets are lined with 1-inch high-quality foam so nothing radiates unwanted energy back out through the port.

R.A.D. — Rubberized Aluminum Dampener

Every UNRIVALED cabinet is internally lined with a rubber-and-aluminum anti-resonance material bonded to the interior walls, absorbing panel vibration before it can colour the sound.

R.D.A.P. — Resonance Damping Acrylic Polymer

Side panels machined from a solid-surface acrylic polymer — with a density similar to granite — sharply increase cabinet rigidity, reducing smearing while improving imaging, soundstage depth and clarity.

G.A.D.S. — Granular Acoustic Damping System (patent pending)

Used on select sealed UNRIVALED models, granular particulate fill adds mass-loading and absorption with almost no impact on effective enclosure volume — so the box tuning stays true while resonance drops further.

Internally wired with Kimber Kable

UNRIVALED systems are wired throughout with Kimber's braided-geometry cable, improving crosstalk rejection and shielding against external interference as part of RBH's no-compromise build standard.

ELECTRONICS · 06

FIR-based active crossovers & the Alpha amplifier

Active UNRIVALED systems pair a flagship DSP processor built on Burr-Brown DACs with the Class-D UNRIVALED Alpha amplifier (2–16 channels, 140–2000W/ch), running FIR linear-phase filters as steep as 108dB/octave for ruler-flat response and true driver time alignment — control a passive crossover simply cannot match.

21-Inch Infrasonic Subwoofers

The UNRIVALED 21 and 221 use a carbon-fibre driver with 38mm linear excursion and 4,000W continuous thermal handling, built to the slimmest possible profile so it sits flush against a wall instead of eating the room.
